Refund Policy

We want each order to arrive in the condition promised. Please inspect your item after delivery and contact the studio quickly if something is wrong.

Returns And Exchanges

Return or exchange requests should be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, send clear photos, order details, and delivery information. We will review the issue and offer repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be refundable unless there is a confirmed production fault or delivery damage.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment path where possible. Bank and gateway processing times may vary.
